Is Personal Training Right For You?

Everyone is different. Everyone has his or her own likes and dislikes. As well as people’s personalities, some people don’t mind being told what to do, others…not so much. Personal Training is not for everyone, but I recommend it. I feel like I work harder when someone is watching me and telling me what to do, and that produces better results for me.

On the other hand, there are people who are fine on their own and know what they are doing, or have a friend that works out with you. But what if you want to step your game up a bit, and learn some new exercises to make you even better?

If you are willing to dish out some extra cash, and better yourself and get the results you have always wanted, then personal training is for you. Yes I know it is a bit pricey, but trust me, when you start seeing results you have never seen before, then you wont be second-guessing. The best part is, once you are satisfied with your results, you can keep going by yourself with what you have learned from your personal trainer. So think about, is personal training right for you?

Personal Trainer Recommendation-Mississauga

Personal Trainer Recommendation-Mississauga

There are an incredible amount of personal trainers out there now days. But it’s hard to find the right one. Someone who knows what they are doing and somewhere as close to you as possible. I would like to share a personal trainer in Mississauga that I did some research on and that I would definitely recommend.

His name is Phil Jelinowski and he is said to be one of the best personal trainers in Mississauga. With a number of testimonials, and a great background of knowledge and certificates to prove it, I think he knows what he is doing.

If you want to check the website out for yourself, just click here and the website will show you everything you need to know about what he offers.

Definitely one of the best personal trainers in Mississauga!

Swimming Pools in Mississauga-YMCA

Out of all the swimming pools in Mississauga, do you ever find it hard to decide which one you should go to? I’m here to help you make that decision a little bit easier.

There are many community centres and gyms that have swimming pools all over Mississauga. But the YMCA, located on Burmanthorpe Road, gives you TWO, SIX lane pools that stretch to 25 meters long! That’s a lot of pool.

The great thing about it is that it fits any age demographic. If you want to go there and work on your laps, get stronger, or whatever it is, you can do it at the YMCA Mississauga- Burmanthorpe.

They offer a variety of classes in their pools as well such as AquaFit, and open swim times as well as family swim times. They even offer lifeguard training classes and a Swim Club too! What more can you as for from a swimming pool in Mississauga? And cant forget that fully equipped gym you get along with a membership too!
